Our Attorney

Attorney Scott A. Hart takes an educational approach when working with clients. He will explain the laws that apply to your injury case or workers compensation claim and answer any questions you may have.

He has been practicing law since 1996 and is admitted to practice in Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. Mr. Hart is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Worker's Compensation Section; the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; and the Worker's Compensation Claimant Lawyer's Association Gate City Bar Association.

Our Law Practice
